Classes

Signing Family offers private instruction, drop in classes and structured classes to fit your family's needs. Let us know what kind of class you're looking for and we'll find a class to meet your needs.

Private Classes:

Individual group and private classes are held in your home at a time that works with your schedule. Day, evening and weekend classes are available.

Adults $50 per person or $90 per couple for groups of 4 or more

Adults $60 per person or $100 per couple for private lessons.

Children are free with a paying adult

Continuing Children's Classes - Prices vary by length of class and number of participants.

The basic course consists of two 1-hour classes or one 2-hour class. The course includes a book, My First Book of Sign Language by Joan Holub. Further advanced instruction or customized classes can be arranged, including classes for home schooling families.

Classes are geared towards parents so they can teach their children. Children are welcome in private classes with permission of the host. Classes are not limited to those who wish to teach babies. Sign language is beneficial for all ages, so toddlers, preschoolers and early elementary age curriculums are available.

These classes are for toddlers through early elementary school. Each curriculum is tailored to the needs of the class. These classes are for beginners through intermediate level. Adult level classes available for private groups and businesses. Prices vary depending on number of classes and participants.
